由此可以看出，国产跑鞋在轻量化的功能上，也明显提升了不少
但是也要注意，轻量化跑鞋带来极致的脚感和透气性的同时，牺牲了部分鞋面包裹性和耐用性，可以作为慢跑鞋和通勤穿搭使用
比较适合中小体重的跑者，因为体重轻对跑鞋的缓震性能需求并不是很大，尤其是老练的跑者，他们的跑姿也比较成熟，这时候鞋子得过多保护反而成为负担，轻量化的跑鞋确实不错，但是对于能力水平不够的跑者来说，轻量化的跑鞋就不适合反而还可能容易导致伤病。
